Angelo Vella

Angelo Vella is the founder and managing director of the company.

He has worked in the finance industry in Malta for over thirty years and has been involved in the remote gaming industry on the island since its’ infancy.  

During his early career Angelo gained experience acting in various senior financial positions in a number of local and international businesses, including one of the first to be granted a remote gaming licence in Malta.

In 2005, Angelo established Gaming Solutions Limited (now Dynamic Management Solutions Limited) as a vehicle for the provision of accounting, tax, payroll, corporate and management consultancy services.

The company’s initial focus was the provision of services to remote gaming operators, however, since then the client base has expanded to include clients from many different sectors and geographical locations.

As a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants, with a Masters in Business Administration and a Diploma in Taxation, Angelo has the ideal combination of skills and expertise to be able to advise on, develop and grow any business.

Rita Aquilina

Rita joined Dynamic Management Solutions Limited in 2019 as Head of Client Accounting. She has extensive experience as a qualified accountant and auditor, having previously held managerial positions at two Big Four audit firms, where she specialised in auditing, client accounting and advisory. Prior to her current engagement, she has also managed the Client Accounting team of two different Corporate Service Providers, focusing on gaming and shipping clients.

After graduating from the University of Malta with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Accountancy in 1987, Rita started her professional career as a Financial Controller in the hospitality industry, later moving to the manufacturing industry. As an undergraduate she also studied in the U.S.A. and in 2010 she pursued her studies at the University of Malta reading for a Master of Arts in Financial Services.

Rita’s professional career spans number of years in the academic field, having been appointed as visiting lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy, at the University of Malta.

All the skills acquired through her past experience contribute towards providing clients with a dedicated approach to improve their daily operations, apart from adhering to statutory reporting regulations.

Valeria Ivanyushina

Originally from Russia and with an academic background in finance and economics, Valeria is also a recent joiner and is currently undertaking the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) examinations. Valeria’s previous experience includes seven years in a group accountant role.

Valeria is responsible for managing the accounting requirements of a portfolio of clients. In addition to being fluent in English, Valeria’s knowledge of Russian and Italian make her a very valuable asset in dealing with some of our international clients.

Denise Galea

Denise has over ten years of experience in working in local businesses handling all aspects of their financial reporting requirements. She has been with the company in her current role since 2015 and is responsible for a portfolio of complex clients. Her attention to detail and technical knowledge makes her an integral part of the client accounting team.

Denise has an excellent working knowledge of the local Maltese VAT regulations and is currently studying to attain the ACCA qualification.

Whitney Vella

Whitney is also a recent joiner. She is an ex-MCAST Student whereby she graduated from Level 4 Advanced Diploma in Accounting. Undertaking this level, Whitney has achieved Certifications of Competence in SAGE, making her more efficient when posting data within our company.

Throughout her studies and as an apprentice, Whitney has gained two years’ experience within a Financial Services Company, expanding in her organisational skills and in data organisation.

Whitney is currently undertaking the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) examinations to further her studies and develop a professional career.
